08/03/2011 - Official LOCH VOSTOK Site informs, at 2010 was a very productive year for the Band. Loch Vostok recorded the new album "Dystopium" and went on tour with Therion for 29 shows in 18 different countries.
Alvaro Svanerö was replaced by Lawrence Dinamarca and Niklas Kupper by Mano Lewys. During the tour preparations Thomas "Tym" Jonsson had severe back problems which led him to the conclusion that he could not participate, hence Jimmy Mattsson stepped in to fill his shoes on the tour. Now in January Tym decided to quit playing bass and concentrate on his guitar shredavaganza instead so as of January 2011 Jimmy Mattsson is the new bassplayer in Loch Vostok. Views: 539
